cleaning and lubricating the rails and anything else
that might need attention after 26 years?

The sunroof on the SD is making a groaning sound when
I hit the button to open. Will have to manually open
through the trunk and do some maintenance.

All I know is you're supposed to use the special MB sunroof lube --
it's got magic ingredients I guess and
I've heard about the famous paste. I think Rusty
sells them in small tubes. I think I have more of a
dilemna. Will look over my 123 paper manuals to see
how much is transferable to a 126.
