Lots of parts in common or interchangeable. One of my 300D 2.5T's got a R129 rear axle, since Rusty had it in stock, and not the W124 at the time. This is true, but more like the 400E than a 3.0 liter, since most have the M119 in them. She makes alternative arrangements for work and the eldest son hooks up the charger for me as requested. Few minutes later the eldest son texts me: “ACC blower is on full speed as soon as I connect the charger. Key is off as is the ACC.” Shorted fan controller. A real pig to get at in this car, you have to pull most of the cowl out to get at it. Part is on order.
