Hmmnh, sure cash flow can be a problem but it is my understanding that Rusty got you started, so would have had an understanding of the way the system works? Also I think it would have been better if you had kept your customers informed as to the situation, not go silent for a couple of months with outstanding debts/undelivered parts, particulalry you left Rusty in the dark and that's what hurt a lot of people here. Rusty came on this list and basically apologised on your behalf, why should he have done that? Anyway I think you're first step is to talk to Rusty and then go from there, if you want to have any chance of getting trust here, you need to satisfy Rusty that the things that happened where beyond your control, at the very least you owe Rusty a big apology for tarnishing his reputation.

Plain and simple... I ran out of money. I know that the parts were paid for,
but I had to float the cost on a daily basis. When a customer pays, it takes 2
to 3 days for it to get to me. The vendors would not grant me a credit line.
It's plain and simple. For 2 months I took care of my personal crap ( divorce )
and gained financing for this company. I am now set. The money it takes to run
this business has been my problem from day one. You may order a 30 $ part,
while the next guy orders a 2000.00 trany. I floated that, I was not prepared.

For Christ sake, can you tell us what happened? Why you did not respond to
emails for two months, why you didn't ship parts, etc, etc. Without a valid
excuse or plausible story we will never trust you again. It's pretty simple
really- just tell us what happened.
