Ah, those old W108s are great. Save your pennies for the rear
suspension rubber next, it's all likely shot (upper diff mount,
trailing arm bushings front and rear, spring seats). That will improve
handling quite a bit, and get rid of all the suspension noise from the
rear.

Engel) that I acquired in the autumn.
The car has been enjoying a few weeks of spa treatment at Mercedes Werkstatt in
