I was thinking about the 210 v. 211. The 210 is OK, quite competent,
but still a 25yo design. the 211 is much more refined to where I'm not
sure how any newer model
722.9 the TCM is up in the trans as part of the conductor plate, not a
stand-alone component. A whole new unit is like $900 and needs to be
programmed to the car which is doable I guess with the STAR clone. or
pay the stealer. I have seen refurbs or used supposedly paired for
like $300.
A W123 will NEVER limp.

the rest of the nannies. But alas it was not to be. Was still in limp mode In
a short drive after a good cleaning and clearing the codes.
