Looks pretty darned nice. Rare leather seats that appear to still be intact. What are they asking? Up to $10k would not be unreasonable if there is no hidden rust. IIRC, the W115 300D was made in 1975 and 1976. I had two 1976 models back in the day --- No idea what they are worth now, it depends on the amount of rust and whether the heater fan works.
