I never toss out my dysfunctional ACC modules so I could ship you one for
the cost of the freight..

[MBZ] another success

I had similar success some years back when I stripped the lacquer from and 
resoldered the CC PCB in my '84 300D as it's been working fine ever since and, 
now that I recently acquired an '85 300TD with a spastic CC, I've done the same 
with this one and tested it the other day and all functions are working fine .
