Yep, looks like the right front wheel was victim to the same crash
that took out the air dam. I wouldn't pay $8750 for it as-is, but

If he hit something hard enough to bend or break the right front
wheel there's likely unrepaired front suspension damage as well. I'm
with you, surely he had insurance on something that new, why hasn't
the collision damage been repaired? Something's fishy.
