I think it is the disk pad warning light. Means that the wear
indicator has shorted out against the rotor
Check the front pads.. And when you replace the padsl, put in new
connectors.. Cheap
Either the brake fluid is low, or your brake pads are worn down and need
replacing.

Low brake fluid is indicated by the red BRAKE light being on when
the parking brake isn't, IIRC.
