I replaced all the plastic vacuum lines in the 450SLC under hood when I
rebuilt the engine because they broke if you bent them much at all. A
couple of meters of the tubing was not expensive from Rusty.

If you establish an account for online EPC access, then you plug in the vin,
then at one of the top menu choices, F2 or "options" I think, you select data
card from the drop down.

The heater core in my 123 has had a small leak for years now that I have
ignored, but needs to be fixed eventually. Not sure why, but they do seem
to go bad. Maybe using water instead of coolant corroded it - I did that
once when I overheated it.

used and changed on schedule, that would never be a problem. Maybe you can
take it out and have a good radiator shop test it and give you an opinion?

Decided to upgrade wagons two years to an 87 wagon with a 606 swap. Anyway
it has some interior issues and I need a bit of help.
1. The dash is quite cracked up. My plan is have replacement installed.
Replacements are available on ebay but I don't know if later w124 dash will

has the right front fender gill for air intake, face-lift hood and euro
lights, hood ornament delete and "S" class grill.

The passenger airbag is an after thought. They are mounted with a bracket that
you mount to the car. In other words, if you take the bracket out and the
airbag you can put a regular glove box in. So if you are putting it in an
earlier non air bag car you just swap in your glove box.
