Because most people don't think a car over 5 years old is worth investing
$$ into and cannot do it themselves. We who pump $$ into old cars and work
on them ourselves are a strange breed.

Good point, the seal looks pretty good but seems to be squashed down in just
the upper corner of the door. The door *looks* fine, the gap between door and
body looks fine and is even all the way around. How would I know if the door is
bent? How would such a thing happen and how would I fix it?
40-45mph? Good lord I don't even think about 5th until I'm above 55. In
actuality getting on the highway I don't get into 4th until around 50.
Supposedly this car has like year old injectors which I think is possible, it

Over the lunch hour, I drained the
I am having an issue with my 98 F150. It started out with the dash indicator
for the right side turn signals not lighting up and the tick tick being too
fast. I initially thought a bulb had gone bad. But, it was sort of
intermittent. It would be fine at some times and not at others. I thought

I'm sure this has been covered before, so bear with me, but does anyone
think that diesel will go back to being cheaper than gas? Or are we doomed
to pay more from now on? Has there been some special tax applied to diesel?
Why is it so much more now?
