[MBZ] AC warmer on left side

Have been down on the Redneck Riveria and using the AC in the 04 E500. Air on the left side is not as cool as air on the right, even with both sides set the same. Assuming this might be a flap sticking somewhere? And guessing it would be major dash removal work to get at? Thoughts?
