Hi Gang, My wife's '83 240D has developed a LOUD Growling in the differential. When I bought the car the PO had taken it to an IDIOT that didn't know crap about MB tranny's. It was shifting sluggishly. Instead of doing a filter and fluid change. He proceeded to remove all the Vacuum lines off
