How many mounts and shocks are there on the OM617 engine in this car? AND, how long should they last, approximately?
Mounts are two years old and one of the shocks (at least) is about the same age and I am getting some shaking...NOT rack damper bolt type loping. Thanks! Hmmm... that's all there is to it? The drains will be visible once the SR is open? Cool - I should have known it would be easy. ;-) Thanks again - Larry T (67 MGB, 74 911, 78 240D, 91 300D) www.youroil.net for Oil Analysis and Weber Parts Test Results http://members.rennlist.com/oil PORSCHE POSTERS! youroil.net Weber Carb Info http://members.rennlist.com/webercarbs Porsche Road Test http://members.rennlist.com/roadtest/ . ----- Original Message ----- From: "andrew strasfogel" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Mercedes Discussion List" <mercedes@okiebenz.com> Sent: Tuesday, May 08, 2007 11:24 AM Subject: Re: [MBZ] W123 Sunroof drains > Not that it matters, but what car? > > In any case, open the S/R and blow out the drainholes at the rear corners > with compressed air and/or clean them out with a long straight wire. > > > On 5/8/07, LarryT <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> >> Evidently, my SR drains are clogged.
