Personal experience also indicates it's by who you know, but I'm not sure that's any different than any other service offering. Oh yes it's election/silly session in the USA, aren't the democrats saying health care for all, and the republicans say another 100 years of war in iraq? Or do I have my cue cards mixed up? Be fair, from what I remember they said another 100 years of war in the middle east or until there is no more oil in the middle east, whichever occurs first.
