There are only a few ground clusters, it's well worth the time to disassemble, clean, and reassemble them. Many weird things can be cured that way. Also check and possibly clean contacts in the fuse box; check/clean/replace fuses. The horn doesn't have a relay, it's a circuit that's as simple
