This car is easy to work on: Call tow company, order it moved to a Jag expert garage... Pay monthly billing from the garage for the next 4 years while they sort it out... Drive car for one weekend, call tow company to move it back to expert jag garage... repeat above.. Are you having fun yet? I had a neighbor who worked more or less continuously in his carport on a similar E type coupe for about a decade. He made progress but nowhere near the point of making it roadworthy.
