Rarely if ever. It's not uncommon to see it on the roof before the sun comes up, but hard frosts here are pretty rare. If you get another few miles inland it can happen, and does every year or so. Makes life miserable or the strawberry growers, as just east of me in Plant City is the center of the largest concentration of strawberry farms in the country, I believe. Blueberry, too.
