I have a W210 chassis with the same engine. I don't recall having any issues removing the bolts for the tensioner. (Alternator, yes) You might try soaking them with your favorite penetrating lube for a day or so. I got a tensioner at Advance Auto Parts and it was a Litens, made in Germany,
