Yeah I think that is it. Motorweek do track tests there sometimes.

Don't know anything about them but they have been there at
Keystone airport for a long time and used to be some kind of
special invitation or gov only training facility .
They use part of the old WW2 AAF base for their track.

Roebling Road is the one you might be thinking of. Got a chance
to drive my 83 300D around there when my daughter was invited
there as a part of the wounded warriors project. That
organization really does do a lot for our service members and
their families. I know and still support them.
