My Walmart had nothing thicker than 10W30, although the shelves were fully
stocked.
TSUV was 5W30 for $20.84 / 5qts.
now that I think about it, I might have been seeing the 10w30 tsuv, will
have to look again next time Im there.

Same here. Lots of TS on the shelf but it's all the new 5W-30 crap.
The 5W-40 (aka Turbo Diesel Truck) is still nowhere to be found.
