OMG.  Our total this winter is 3.5", over the course of 4 "events" that
closed all local schools each time.

8-10" here in north central MA. Fred is much closer to Boston, his total will 
reflect the city better.

With any luck we'll be out grooming tonight. The state is doing anything they 
can think of to keep us from going out. I just had to go wade through knee deep 
snow to prove the entrance to the trails is fine. I told the guy if I could go 
through and not get my feet wet its fine...

so it all cancels out.  In fact, there appears to be a correlation between
Arctic winter heat waves and stormy east cost weather.  Sorry to burst your

With any luck we'll be out grooming tonight. The state is doing anything they 
can think of to keep us from going out. I just had to go wade through knee deep 
snow to prove the entrance to the trails is fine. I told the guy if I could go 
through and not get my feet wet its fine...
