Re: [MBZ] OT 1948 Willys Jeep - $3,900
That would be an awesome addition if I lived on a vast estate like Floyd. We had a '46 Willys when I was a kid, that was a great vehicle for patrolling the back forty. Light and small, go about anywhere you needed to go. I think that price is a real deal. Max Dillon Charleston SC Jan 31, 2021 5:41:00 PM Curt Raymond via Mercedes : > That's a very good price. By 1948 they were out of mil spec parts. My brother's 46 has some military parts. ___ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com

I think my brother paid that much for his 1946 CJ2a in rebuildable condition. They are not common, and fully restored run more like 20k that 4. Thats a CJ2 though, IIRC the mil-spec don't have the Willys stamping below the windshield. -Curt On Sunday, January 31, 2021, 6:13:11 PM EST, G Mann wrote: Cost as delivered to the military in WW2... $748,84 ...
