Re: [MBZ] R134a Alert
I've seen the imported stuff on sale at Menard's for $1.99-3.99 at least once a year in recent years. Filled the Saturn with it two years ago and it's still going strong. The last time I bought it, it was Made in China. Previously it had been 'Packaged in USA from imported materials'. It is kind of like Kimberly Clark abandoning "Kleenex" for a new brand "SUP." Kleenex is the universal word for "snot-rag." Freon is/was the universal word for "refrigerant." Re: [MBZ] R134a Alert
I buy DuPont SUVA as it’s the most consistent stuff out there and I don’t have to worry about it being crappy stuff with floor sweepings. There’s a place in Miami that sells it on both eBay and the island of big women for around $30/case, shipped. That’s roughly $5/can. -D > On Apr 8, 2018, at 9:23 PM, Kaleb C.
