The pluses are it has asd and heated seats, but he is either going to need to
come down in price or fix the body damage and put the proper wheels on it. For
reference I bought my 95 E300 special edition for $1200 but it does not have
asd or heated seats. It did only have 160k when I bought it though. I have
another one I bought several years ago that needed a grille and hood replaced,
I paid 1k for it.
