No way.

I don't put a lot of faith in prices on Hemmings, as there's no way to know if 
they ever sell for the asking price.  Let me see some auction results.

Should we ask the Choirboy?  He would know.

What's the correct wheel offset on the 500E, is it much different from a 300E?

I ask because the wheels he thinks look so cool are:
Most likely ET18 front and ET17 rear.

Wide wheels with 3/4 offset might work on a W123, but seem like they'd be wrong 
with normal W201/W124 suspension geometry.
