So it doesn't seemingly say that old clients cannot talk to server
configured with concurrent-push-mode=check-related. They can, they
just don't get
I think people from Nokia have been building them, but they lack a way
to upload it on the mercurial infra.
Maybe you (Pulkit) could look into that.
