Hi, Which platform are you using for delivering online training sessions ? Have you tried WizIQ(http://www.wiziq.com/Virtual_Classroom.aspx) for online trainings. With WizIQ, you can record your live online classes which you can also use for later reference, use whiteboard to draw or write, create breakout rooms, all these features are necessary for students' engagement. Also, WizIQ allows you to create course, upload, store and share content in multiple formats, WizIQ is optimized for providing online education.
