I can confirm that now chrome is no longer printing

in terminal, and chrome://media-internals/ reports:
video_decoder GpuVideoDecoder

The fixe is in Mesa master branch, also includes fix for playing VP9 with
Chromium. Please make sure run with "allow_rgb10_configs=false" for now.

I have already fixed this problem using this ugly mesa patch below. But how to
fix this problem in the end depends on the Mesa team.
