Pretty sure I'm running into the same thing trying to build clover
with llvm-spirv enabled. If it's a known solution, I wouldn't mind
having some time saved :)

I'd like to announce the availability of 19.2.0 final. It's taken a little
longer than we'd normally hope for, but we're here now. Things are looking
pretty good overall, and we've seen a nice slow down in the number of fixes
coming in, which I like.
