Hi, This series mostly cleans up the DCC/FMASK/CMASK codepath. This also adds some little improvements that shouldn't impact performance because reducing the number of fast-clear eliminate passes doesn't matter much.
DCC for MSAA textures is more complicated than expected because it seems like there is plenty of corner cases. Should be easier to implement with a cleaner codebase. No CTS changes on Vega.
