Actually, the test is buggy, and it just passes by dumb luck on other
implementations. The spec is quite clear that the affect of
glBindAttribLocation is not seen until *after* a subsequent call to
glLinkProgram. Does the test pass on Mesa if the glBindAttribLocation
call is moved before the link_program call?
