[meta-freescale] [PATCH] conf/layer.conf: Use BBFILES_DYNAMIC to handle dynamic-layers

Bitbake commit 04f8bd50aa04b12cf91dd6a3154527ad2c24695c introduced BBFILES_DYNAMIC, that can be used to activate content only when some other layers are present. This BBFILES_DYNAMIC can be used to handle meta-freescale dynamic-layers. Signed-off-by: Fabio Berton
