[meta-intel] opensslfoundation.com seems to have been down for while.

The issue is with openssl-qat. I am not directly using it, but opensslfoundation.com gets ping'd when parsing the recipes. I have to patch the recipe until opensslfoundation.com comes back online. As anyone else experiencing this? Here is the patch I have applied to my local machine. diff
