I will merge this in thud too and set -rt kernel to 4.14 there so the
default kernel version remains same even after introduction of 4.19
recipe.

Sure, I meant the library and the tests/examples should be in different
*packages* (not recipes).
Also, are the tests reliable and can be ran without interaction? If so
then adding ptest support would be great.
