[meta-xilinx] Question on QEMU failure

Hello, Having trouble launching QEMU for the ZCU102 configuration. Here is the output of the QEMU command. What am I missing? I see it is picking the wrong MACHINE and CPU but can't find the right combination of command line options/environment variables to get it to boot properly.
