We record a lot of sound and have used DAT tapes, but, in the interests of
trying to simplify hardware configurations (decks, amps plugs, cords) and
the time required to pass sound from DAT tapes to digital formats, (mpg) we

trying to do is along the lines of what you responded to, Dave. I've
implemented a similar script, but your is neater, so I'll borrow a bit
of it.

Is it possible to POST data to a url and *not* wait for a response
(and get a message instead)?
I use "load url" with data smashed into the url (GET) for now, but
isn't there a limit on how much you can put in there?

Hmm, I'm not totally sure that I follow. My first answer was:
Create a set of radio buttons (create a button and select the radioButton style under
Button Preferences/appearance). Then select the radio buttons that you want to behave
like a family of radio buttons and choose "Group" under "Edit
