G'day,
Already posted a message earlier but it didn't come through. Sorry if you

Thanks to everyone for their help. I think the Monnig Meteorite Gallery in

Dear list members,
I have several eBay auctions ending tonight, many still at just 99 cents. As
many will end today, I have listed even more beautiful pieces that will end
next week. Even if you do not want to bid, they are worth looking at.
To see, go to eBay and look up items by seller,
Adam, Stan and others:
This material definetly seems to be on course to being something very special. The
posed questions about the CV3 relationship is intrigeuing to think about. Especially
the comment about this being CV7 material when we don't have anything higher than say
CV3.5 on record.
Mike,
Thanx for sharing your day and good luck with future searches for more of this beauty.

Hey List,
There was a meteor or space junk fall around my area on Sunday. A local
family video taped the event and can be viewed here:

Ironically I might have seen this fall my self when I was on my way home
from Kokomo Indiana as I saw a nice bright

Hello again,
After viewing the video footage which was better than my line of sight on
the object (if it was the same object) seems to be moving too slow for
meteoroid debris. I am betting on some space junk for the time being.

Hi Steve and List,
A brief search through our archives suggests that you might want to
either carpet your entire house or install some of that funky shock-
dampening urethane in your uncarpeted areas, else your entire
collection may some day be reduced to Bessey specks! ;-) grin
Hi list:
This is a quick update on our search for the meteorite...
Gary Curtiss and myself spent all day today near the town of Berthoud,
Colorado. We passed out dozens and dozens of Meteorites Wanted posters
and spoke to a lot of the residents of the town. Everyone was very
entusiastic and and
Hi all
Just wanted to let all the well wishers know that we came up empty handed
today. Today the weather took a turn for the worse. Almost 10 degrees colder and
very windy. Welcome to Colorado. Unfortunately the rain obliterated any chance
of recovering a buried piece. We'll keep on hunting.
Hi Matt
Cool photo. I am amazed by all the coincidences between the two falls.
1 Both were actually seen to fall (fairly uncommon occurrence for falls)
2 Both were picked up immediately after the fall
3 Both were dug out of an impact pit
4 Both fell in afternoon Johnstown @ 4:20 Berthoud @
