condition (almost like new) and i never touched them with bare hand and kept
them allways in the sealed box. The big NWA XXX was allways handled only with
plastic bag between hands and meteorite and kept in such a
Hello List,
As you may have heard, there has been a major development concerning
the Gold Basin strewn field. Of course, it's possible this is not GB
but the evidence looks very promising.
Three years ago Joe Franske ventured to the north side of Lake Meade in
search of the big end of Gold
Very, very well done!
Congrats to Joe and thank you both for showing us that what can be achieved

Hello Bernd, All,
Conclusions. The radionuclide results in fifteen
new L chondrite specimens from the Gold Basin area
indicate that all samples are part of the same shower,
which should be classified as an L4-6 chondrite breccia.
This paragraph refers to the HW stones Bob V. submitted.

Maybe these new finds belong to the Hualapai Wash finds?!
Cheers,
Bernd
To be more clear, Bobs Hualapai Wash stones are L6 but it was concluded
they are paired to GB. My hope is that these new finds will bring about
an update to the Met Bull.

I'd like to sell a large, 2.092 kg, probable Gold Basin individual.

Hi Bulletin Watchers,
There are two new approvals and one updated entry. Mreira has been
changed from a find to a fall - probable. There is also a new
Martian shergottite.
