Hello Carl!
I never heard about this product, I looking for it on the web but seems it is
on sale only in USA .
It is based on Phosphoric acid, there are a lot of product based on it I'm sure
I can find something similar also here in Italy.

Hello, Removal of rust with Naval Jelly will leave it black and it is non
abrasive.
