image is
submitted that it automatically is resized to not consume a large amount of
band width; if
someone posts an image that has not been resized (many are 5mb and larger) it
is reduced to

Hi Al and all,
I have tried many different blades for both meteorite (stone and iron) as well
as lapidary work.
Regarding the CBN blades I talked to the gentleman that developed the CBN
blade a few years ago in Tucson and expressed my displeasure in the CBN blade

Leigh Ann,
Hard to believe it is only 18 weeks to the Tucson show!!
The Denver Show "officially" starts tomorrow. It seems like one just ends and
it
is time for the next one. Always a good time at either show with many new
specimens
just waiting to be found and added to the collections.

Ginger,
Great Photo!! I was with a group on the west side of south park (about 15
miles west of you) and saw the exact same scene. The combination of the
lightning storm and the meteor's overhead was spectacular. Thanks for
posting image. Hope to see more tonight.
Clear Skies!!

David,
Question, how are you applying the barkeepers friend, dry or mixed with
liquid and then how do you remove the residual cleanser from the sample?
Also, have you tried this on an existing etched sample that is showing
deterioration in the quality and brightness of the etch?
