[meteorite-list] Don't count us out

Hey - don't count us North Easterners out for proximity to meteorite falls or finds. I live between 20 and 30 miles from the Chicora, Bradford Woods, and Pittsburg meteorite sites. Now, if I could just find some!! Dave Pensenstadler __

At one time, I lived on the ridge overlooking Palolo Valley. There's a really neat extinct volcanic crater in the back of the valley, and with binocs, sometimes you can make out wild pigs (that's pronounced pgs). If you count vertical distance, that maybe 1 1/2 miles. The Honolulu fall
