have been searching for years and not found a single one available
anywhere! The company that produced these was/is the original
manufacturer for casts already in circulation. I have just spoken to
them and all orders

number of casts were sold By Dieter Heinlein but no more are available
from him. I posted to the list quite a while ago but thought it was
