This is a fragile meteorite, while there is little doubt that the strew field is large and thousands of pieces are on the ground, I also believe that there are unlikely to be many larger pieces. I think most of it shattered into dust and small pieces. It is much more fragile than Murchison or

Hi Gang, I think this theory is not too far off the mark. Imagine if Tagish Lake had been smaller pieces and spread out over the Sutter's Mill strewnfield. Much of it would be pulverized. Did anyone catch any photos of the dust cloud? I've seen some photos, but nothing yet that shows a dust
