Dear List Members,
I have 54 old-style real auctions ending later this afternoon/early evening.
All were started at just 99 cents with no reserves. I enjoyed the old-style
format but this will soon be a thing of the past due to heavy losses. Most
dealers switched to fixed prices a long time

Hello listees,
I attended a fundraising event and there was a small, iron meteorite
specimen that had been made into a pendant. The person who donated this
item announced that it was a meteorite specimen that was recovered from the
Tunguska event.
I looked at the item, and it looked VERY

I started writing a response to the latest post about aliens, but
figured it was way off topic and it got a bit corny anyway. Rather than
post it direct to the list, I posted it on the site.

Dear List,
I see people have valid points on their take on GUNS. We all come from
different walks of life, we have our own experiences, and from this image it
shows. As to say the image does not relate to meteorites is false for the mere
fact meteorites are present in the image. Also this

Hi all
Just to bring up again a meteorite subject,
as we had last week the iron crystal in the new Mali meteorite,
here's another iron concentration.
It is a metal inclusion in my collection specimen of the Chico impact melt
meteorite.
This one is really looking cool.
Just to jump on the me too bandwagon, I have a clean
pentagonal-shaped cavity in a small Gao I got from Al Lang 8 years ago.
The cavity is at least 10mm across and as deep. I was hoping I could
keep going through Al's stash to find the missing crystal but nada.
The shape is distinctly sided as
