Just heard on the radio new that NASA has now offically cancelled the next proposed Hubble instrument upgrade in favor for completion of the Space station that has yet to be of scientific use. Space science has being highly politicized this week if some of us like it or not. Maybe it alway has been since Sputnik.( Herschel?...Galieo?)
