Good call George. The trail has been tentatively linked to a Russian
ICBM-class missile launched from southeast Russia. I don't remember
if this was a reliability test or a scientific package. A commentator
elsewhere suggested this was spewing fuel from a tumbling booster.
The pattern is

I just watched the news supposedly showing this event and it sure doesn't
look like any meteor I've ever seen. More like a spinning rocket spewing
fuel

I'll go to Cyprus :-) Been there several times to visit a cousin who
lives in SW area near Paphos. Great birdwatching and darker skies than here.
