Tucson is the greatest gem and mineral show in the world.
There are so many reasons why.
The problem is non disclosure of an imitation or "fake", not selling one.
Only when something is sold to deceive does it become a problem.
Meteorites have been sold as rare falls when they are not.

Numbers can be deceiving. One must ask what the percentage of vendors
(merchants) hosting booths or showrooms at both China and Tucson events offer
meteorites and impact related artifacts, and of them, what percentage are
authentic?

I can remember it being larger in the early 1990's compared to the
shows after 2002. I'd multiply finding a parking spot by 3 back then to
now. My opinion and memory isn't always right but it was larger then.

If I had to guess I'd say 200,000 or more. I can remember it being so
much larger than past years I have been able to attend. I remember
