using mezzanine 4.1.0 with django 1.9.2 getting list index out of range error when running collecttemplates telling me template_dirs is 0 had set template_dirs to project_root templates folder and told me is deprecated (did collect the templates though) I see new settings "TEMPLATES" with "DIRS"
