Folks:
I'm trying to modify my config to remove '[EXTERNAL]' from messages that are
posted to my lists.
I thought it would be quite simple to implement using this:
s/\[EXTERNAL\]//;
However, when the messages show up in my archives, [EXTERNAL] is still in the
message and on the threads.
Folks:
I'm looking for ideas here ... no clue if it's even possible.
I'd like to create an archive that only contains NEW threads and not replies.
My plan is to create a RSS feed of new threads that I can setup a feed to
Facebook.
Thanks!

Folks:
Has anyone considered the idea of using one of the URL shortening
services (tinyurl.com, etc) to automatically process URI's in messages
processed by mhonarc?
When people on my lists post URL's, they are quite often long and

Does anyone have a mrc file that generates content specifically designed
for a mobile web site (iphone, pda phone, etc)?

em$FROMNAME$/em
/TLiTxt
And it works fine ... when the user hovers over the link
I've started using the mha-preview so I can include a fragment of the
message body in my mhonarc generated RSS feeds.
Until the database is properly populated with the preview data, I'm
getting a lot of output that includes $X-MSG-PREVIEW$.
Is there a way I can set X-MSG-PREVIEW to blank if it's
In addition to generating standard archives with MHonArc, I'm also
generating an RSS feed for messages to my lists.
I'd really like to see the ability to include a fragment of the actual
message so a RSS excerpt can be included.
Ideally the fragment could be configured to skip obvious quotes.
Does anyone know if there is a way I can setup my MRC file to give
individual mail headers specific styles?
I've had requests to suppress some of the information on the archives so
it doesn't show up by default. Specifically, they want the Subject,
From, and Date to show up all the time, but
